You don’t have to carry this alone.
Support that meets you where you are, at your own pace.
What I offer
I provide individual psychotherapy and counselling for adults who wish to explore emotional difficulties, relationship patterns, life transitions, or a deeper sense of self. My work is rooted in psychodynamic and person-centred therapy, and draws on somatic, emotion-focused, and systemic approaches, depending on your needs and preferences.
Sessions offer a space for reflection, curiosity, and change — where you can bring whatever feels present, uncertain, painful or important.
Walk & Talk Therapy
I also offer walk-and-talk therapy in South Queensferry, held outdoors in a quiet, natural setting. Working side by side alongside gentle movement rather than sitting face-to-face can feel less intense and more regulating for some people, while still allowing meaningful therapeutic exploration.
This way of working can support nervous system regulation, grounding, and embodied awareness, and may be particularly helpful when working with anxiety, trauma, or feeling stuck. We move at a pace that feels right for you, and we regularly check in about whether this format feels supportive.

Starting Therapy
If you’re interested in working together, the first step is to get in touch via email or the contact form. I offer a brief free 15-minute call (online or by phone) if you’d like an initial sense of how I work or to ask practical questions.
Many people choose instead to book a full initial session, which allows more time to explore in depth what’s bringing you to therapy and whether this way of working feels right for you. This first session is a space to begin getting to know each other, to talk about what you’re hoping for from therapy, and to see how it feels to work together.
